What is Life Coaching?
“Professional coaches provide an ongoing partnership designed to help clients produce fulfilling results in their personal and professional lives. Coaches help people improve their performances and enhance the quality of their lives" - Definition from International Coach Federation
Coaches are trained to listen, to observe and to customise their approach to individual client needs. They seek to elicit solutions and strategies from the client; they believe the client is naturally creative and resourceful. The coach’s job is to provide support to enhance the skills, resources, and creativity that the client already has.”
How does Life Coaching work?
Quite simply, it is you taking a pro-active role in your own life; having the courage to step outside of your box of “self-limiting” beliefs and step into the realm of possibilities. A Life Coach helps you to see your life through another lens, one without judgment. Through guidance and support, be able to see your highest potential in all aspects of your life. Working with you, a Life Coach offers guidance as you devise an action plan, while making you accountable for living an authentic life and honoring your greatest gifts.
Coaching is not therapy nor is it counseling.
You know yourself better than anyone…sometimes the answers to your hardest questions are hidden within… your coaching session will help you find the key to unlock the door to the realisation of inner knowledge.
“I never cease to be amazed at the power of the coaching process to draw out the skills or talent that was previously hidden within an individual, and which invariably finds a way to solve a problem previously thought unsolvable.”
